Today we’re going to show you what do we eat in one day. This post is about our breaksfast and there will be three posts more about the lunch, the snack and the dinner.
So, what do we eat for breakfast? Boiled oat and some dried fruits and nuts.
- 100g of oat
- 450mL of water
- Some dried fruits and nuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- At first, you have to add in a cooking pot the oat and the water. Shake it untill it boils and when it boils, let it on low fire five minutes.
2. Then, put it in two bowls and add some dried fruits and nuts. IT’S DONE!
