Corn pancakes with cheese

Hi! Sorry … we couldn’t write a post last day because we weren’t at home:(

But today here we are! We’re gonna do  corn pancakes with cheese, raisins, walnuts and, if you want, with celerys, parsleys and green onions. Let’s do it!

MASS’S INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                         200g of cornmeal      250ml of water        1 pinch of salt2015-08-06 09.28.31STUFFING’S INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                              300g of white cheese for spread      1 main rib of celery (optional)      2 spoons of little raisins                                                               2 spoons of shelling walnuts     1 twig of parsley (optional)         Stems of green onion (optional)

  PROCEDURE                                                                                                                                                                                 1.  Put the flour on a bowl, pour the water and add a pich of salt. Mix until get a smooth mass. Cover it with a cloth and let it stand 10 minutes.

2.  Divide the mass on parts and do little balls. Put the balls between 2 pieces of oven paper and smooth the balls with a rolling pin untill make thin corn pancakes.

3. Brown the corn pancakes about 30 seconds each face ( If your pancakes are enough thin, brown they about 1 minute each pancake) on a frying pan previously greased with some drops of oil. Stuck and cover they on a plate.

4. In the case that you want to put parsley, green onion and celery, wash, dry and cut they. Then cut the walnuts and mix they with [the parsley, the green onion, the celery (optional)] and the cheese.2015-08-06 10.45.055. Put the stuffing on the corn pancakes and roll they. Delicious!
